Justice Dept lawyers argue Hillary Clinton had the right to delete any emails she chose.
In a court filing on Wednesday, the Justice Department argued on behalf of the State Department that there was “no question” Hillary Clinton had the authority to determine and delete personal email without supervision.
I work for the State of Florida. Four times a year, about every three months, I have to sit through a very boring training session about the importance of FTI (Federal Tax Information) and why I cannot allow myself to make any bit of FTI available to anyone via email or otherwise. Because if I do, I could go to jail for 5 years and have to pay a $5,000.00 fine.
And on top of that, all my emails on the State email system are archived forever, and can be used against me in a court of law.
So, now the Justice Dept. says that the Hillarious One has the right to do what I cannot do: She can delete what she thinks is personal.
I have no option to do that. If I tried, I would be fired, fined, and put in jail.
But, she's the Hilarious One, so she gets a pass.
I guess some people are really more equal than others, Yes?
The SOP ™ part is they think they can get away with this. They really do. They think they can do whatever they wish and no one will do one damn thing about it.
Who is "they"?
The elites who are in power over this country, of course.
Just remember, they are all anarchists, corpses, crooks, deviants, drunks, liars, materialists, pagans, parasites, perverts, and thieves. Every one of them.
McConnell: Planned Parenthood shutdown fight 'an exercise in futility'
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is rejecting calls from conservatives to block Planned Parenthood funding in a spending measure, warning it would be "an exercise in futility."
So, the Mighty Mitch is once more showing us his bravery and cunning with a tactical retreat from the enemy. This seems to be his favorite tactic in his way of running the Senate.
Oh, Kentucky? Why did you elect this idiot?
When will all you Republicans wise up to the fact that these guys think you're all just a bunch of rubes and THEY know better than you how to run this country?
So, ladies and gentlemen, once again, what we have here are prime examples of STOOPIDITY on PARADE ™!
